What is Web Mail?
Web Mail is a way to access your e-mail directly from our server. Instead of using an external mail client, such as Outlook Express or Microsoft Mail, you use your browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox).
How to I access my Web Mail?
Web Mail is accessed by pointing your browser to “http://mail.webband.com/” (you can also click on the “E-Mail button to the right”. You use your full e-mail address as the user name and then your password. That’s it!
Why should I use Web Mail instead of an external e-mail client?
If you access your e-mail from multiple locations (home, work, etc.), then using Web Mail makes sense. The mail stays on the server and you can see it from a variety of locations. When you use a client, such as Outlook Express, the mail is pulled from our server and put on that computer. It will only be visible from that computer.
